4 slices bacon
2 carrots
2 or 3 celery stalks
1 large can whole tomatoes, drained and then hand crushed.
1 onion
1 or 2 cans of cannoli beans
1 Tbs. parsley
rosemary to taste
thyme to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon. Remove grease saving two Tbs of bacon grease.

Cook onion, carrots and celery in the two Tbs bacon grease.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, spices, cannoli beans and one to two cups of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add five handfuls of Ditallini. Cook until pasta is done.
