1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can nonfat milk
1 cup uncooked brown rice
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts -serving size (or 3 large breasts cut in half)
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put Rice in greased 9x13 baking dish

In large mixing bowl, mix soups and milk.

Pour soups over rice.

Place chicken on top of rice so pieces do not touch.

Sprinkle onion soup over the top.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour 45 minutes
