10 oz frozen spinach, thawed
1 can artichoke hearts chopped
8 oz cream cheese
cup grated Parmesan cheese
tsp crushed red pepper flakes
tsp salt
⅛ tsp garlic powder
dash of ground pepper
serve with: sliced, toasted bread, crackers, or pita chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil spinach and artichoke hearts in 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat until tinder, about 10 minutes. Drain in colander when done.

2. Heat the cream cheese in a small bowl in the microwave, about 1 minute, until hot. Or warm in a small sauce pan on the stove.

3. Add the drained spinach and artichoke hearts with the cream cheese. Mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again. If you are not serving immediately you can warm it in the oven with a little more cheese sprinkled on top. Serve warm.
