1 cup uncooked Rice
1 cup celery sliced
3/4 cup onion chopped
2 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup miracle whip
1 1/4 cup water
3 chicken breast boneless, split and skinned

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in greased 9x13 baking dish.

Cover with combined vegetables and seasonings

Combine soup and salad dressing Mix well.

Graudally add water to the soup mixture, Mix well.

Pour half of the soup mix over vegetables.

Top with chicken

Put remaing soup mixture over the chicken.

Cover and Bake at 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken tender, rice cooked.

Sprinkle with paprika if desired
