3 avocados
diced onion (red, white, or yellow)
1-3 jalapenos diced (de-veined and seeded)
- cup fresh cilantro
tsp cumin
tsp liquid smoke (optional)
juice of 1 lime
⅓ cup sour cream
cup Miracle Whip
If you hate Miracle Whip use mayo and add sugar
salt to taste

This is a basic recipe. You will want to play with the heat and spices to suit your tastes.

Put everything except salt into food processor. You may want to start with about 1-1 jalapenos, adding more if it needs more heat. After everything is mixed to the right consistency, add salt to taste.

We use the Mexican or Honduran sour cream which is sweeter. So you may need to add a little sugar if you use mayo and regular sour cream.
