1-2 Large Zucchini
1-1 cups flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 cups water
garlic powder
black pepper
grated parmeseas cheese
grated mozzarella cheese

1. Shred zucchini into a bowl, squeeze out excess water, add dash of salt, set aside
2. Add baking power and a little more salt to the zucchini
3. Combine flour & egg to zucchini, add a little water if too dry
4. Mix in cheeses, garlic powder & pepper to zucchini
5. Heat oil in large pan
6. Fry tablespoon size in oil

Let cool between layers of paper towels
