Large Pot of Water
1 large Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 rib of Celery
1 large fresh Tomato
1 small bag Carrots
Boneless Chicken (breast and thighs)
1 pack Saffron food coloring
Salt
Soup Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot with water and add onion, garlic and celery. Add the Tomato and carrots. When it all comes to a boil, add the chicken. When the chicken is cooked and tender, put in salt (to taste) and saffron. Next put in noodles until done. Before serving, remove the celery, garlic, tomato, and onion.
