Salad:

1 head of romaine
1/2 bag of dried cranberries (optional)
1 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/d c. salted cashews or chines noodles

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. sweet chopped onion
2/3 c. canola oil
2-3 T. poppy seeds (optional)

Directions:

You can refrigerate dressing and keep for weeks if poppy seeds are not added.
