1 package lemon gelatin
cup boiling water
1⅔ cup evaporated milk
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
Graham cracker crumbs
1 can blueberry pie mix

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water; cool. Combine milk, lemon juice and sugar; whip. Add gelatin, continue to whip. Line a 9x13 pan with cracker crumbs. Add half of the whipped mixture. Add pie mix and top with remaining whipped mixture. Cover with cracker crumbs. Chill.
