1 (no 2) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c ringed onion
1 c diced celery
1 c chopped green peppers
1 small jar pimento

Dressing:
1 ¼ c sugar
½ c vinegar
½ c salad oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad items together. Mix dressing items. Pour dressing over sauerkraut mixture. Sit overnight.
