1 ½ lb chicken
1 chopped onion
paprika
8 oz sour cream
2-3 Tbs cornstarch
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion with a little vegatble oil in pan. Add paprika and cook till onion is soft.

Add chicken and cook until each side is brown. Add more paprika with chicken.

After chicken is browned on both sides add water to cover chicken 1/2 way. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Take chicken out.

Mix 2-3 Tbs corn starch in bowl with 8 oz of sour cream. Add sour cream mixture to onion mixture a little at a time. When boiling turn to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Add chicken back into sauce and serve.
