1 (15 to 20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (15 to 20 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 ½ sticks butter, sliced
½ to 1 c chopped nuts (walnuts)
Directions:

9x13 pan, dump pineapple and cherry pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Layer completely with butter slices. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. 350º
