2 cups dried apricots
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar

Dough
1/2 cup milk
1 cake of yeast
3 cups sifted flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tbs sugar
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm milk, yeast, sifted flour, salt, sugar, and butter. Mix with hands to form dough. Divide into 4 parts. Roll out in powdered sugar. Cut into squares and fill with cooled apricots . Draw edges to center then pinch. Bake 325 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
