8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup peanuts (crushed in a blender)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp of mild (optional - is helps make is creamy)
Apples cut in to Wedges

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients.

Beat on medium-high until smooth and creamy.

Serve with apples. Store in refrigerator.

Hint: to keep your apple slices from browning, sprinkle them with lemon juice and toss to coat.
