Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
25 coloured marshmallows
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 c nutmeats (usually chopped walnuts)
1 c confectioners' sugar
1 c red cherries (well drained maraschino)
1 egg
1/4 c coconut (who are they kidding - ~1 c)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together, then add sugar, egg and vanilla. Cut up marshmallows (or use the mini ones) then mix with the nuts and cherries. Mix all together. Divide into four. On wax paper form into rolls about the size of a quarter, then roll in very fine coconut. Put in fridge or freezer to firm. When ready to serve cut in thin slices. This keeps very well in the freezer.
This will make 4 rolls, 10-15 slices each. Very messy.

Personal Notes:
This is Joc's specialty for Christmas. Mom used to make it and we thought the name was hers. However it came from Granny Mahoney's Rockland cookbook
