Directions:1. Mix lime juice and minced garlic in 2-quart ziplock bag. 2. Add chicken strips to marinade bag. 3. Marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning periodically to distribute marinade. |

Stir-Fry |

Ingredients: 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced ½ tsp. cumin ¼ tsp. salt ¼ - ½ tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:1. Heat olive oil in heavy frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Pour in chicken and marinade sauce. Stirfry for 5-7 minutes. 3. Remove chicken to plate and keep warm. 4. Drain excess liquid from skillet, if necessary. 5. Add bell pepper strips and remaining garlic to frying pan and stirfry for 5 minutes or until peppers are tender. 6. Sprinkle bell pepper and garlic with cumin, salt, and ground red pepper. 7. Add chicken back to frying pan and stirfry 1-2 minutes. |

Directions:1. Spread 2 teaspoon sour cream on one side of each tortilla. Spoon stirfry mixture evenly over sour cream. 2. Fold bottom of tortilla and roll up sides. 3. Serve with salsa, if desired. |
