Left over steak or meat tidbits
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 can mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the meat with onion slices. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup beef broth, cook on low. Add 1 cup sour cream right before eating. Pour over egg noodles.
