2 LBS CHICKEN BREASTS, COOKED, SKINNED AND BONED
8 OZ SOUR CREAM
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

TOPPING:
1 1/2 CUPS RITZ CRACKERS (1 1/3 TUBE)
1 STICK MELTED BUTTER
1 TBSP POPPY SEEDS

CUT CHICKEN INTO LARGE PIECES AND PLACE ON BOTTOM OF GREASED 13 X 9 PAN. MIX SOUR CREAM AND SOUP TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER CHICKEN. CRUSH RITZ CRACKERS AND SPREAD OVER CASSEROLE. MIX BUTTER AND POPPY SEED AND DRIZZLE OVER.

BAKE 30 MINUTE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN.

MOM MADE THIS RECIPE OFTEN AND WE ALL LOVED IT. I ALSO MAKE IT OFTEN AND IT IS SUPER EASY, BUT MINE NEVER TASTES AS GOOD AS MOM USED TO MAKE. WHEN I WOULD TELL HER THAT, SHE WOULD TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO CUT THE CHICKEN IN SMALLER PIECES. I THINK IT WAS JUST THE EXTRA LOVE SHE ADDED.
