4 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Heat over to 350º. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until brown, turning once. Remove chops. Place chops in 9 x 13 pan. Combine brown sugar and honey in small bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir to combine. Spoon half of the honey mixture evenly over the pork chops. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Turn chops and spoon remaining honey mixture evenly over the chops. Bake until the internal temperature is 145º (15 to 20 minutes). To serve, spoon pan drippings over chops.

Serve with your favorite pasta or steamed vegetables.
