6 MEDIUM POTATOES, PEELED AND CHOPPED
2 CARROTS, SLICED
6 STALKS CELERY, CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
3 CUPS WATER
6 TBSP BUTTER
3 TBSP FLOUR
SALT & PEPPER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP (10 0Z)
1 CUP MILK

COOK POTATOES, CARROTS, CELERY, AND ONION IN WATER IN STOCK POT TILL TENDER.

MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN AND STIR IN FLOUR, SALT & PEPPER.
ADD MILK GRADUALLY

STIR UNTIL THICKENED AND ADD CREAM CHEESE AND SOUP UNTIL SMOOTH.

ADD MIXTURE TO VEGGIES.

COOK OVER LOW HEAT TILL HEATED THRU
