20 ounce can crushed pineapple
2 packages lime Jell-O (6 ounces total)
c. water
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
16 ounces cottage cheese
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pineapple and juice to boil (add some water). Add Jell-O. Stir to dissolve. Chilled to thickened. Beat cream. Blend with chilled Jell-O.
