2 3-oz pkges strawberry Jell-O
1½ cup boiling water
20 oz frozen, sliced strawberries
½ cup sour cream
13 oz can crushed pineapple w/juice
¼ teaspoon salt
8 oz cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in water, add strawberries, pineapple and salt. Pour half of mixture in 8-cup mold; refrigerate until firm. Keep remaining Jell-O at room temperature.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread over firm Jell-O. Spoon remaining liquid Jell-O over cheese layer. Chill at least four hours or overnight. Un-mold and garnish as desired.
