1/2 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED)
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG
1 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 CUP OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS
1 CUP RAISINS

IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS- SET ASIDE.
CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, & SUGAR
UNTIL COMBINED. ADD EGG AND VANILLA.

ADD FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL COMBINED WELL. STIR IN OATS AND RAISINS.

COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LINE BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.

DROP BY TBSP ON COOKIE SHEET AND SLIGHTLY FLATTEN.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 10 MINUTES.
