1 (14.7 oz.) can red salmon, drained
1 (15 oz.) chickpeas, drained
1 c. breadcrumbs
c. sliced ripe olives
c. chopped parsley
2 T. lime juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
tsp. cumin
tsp. salt
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
-SAUCE-
⅔ c. cucumber, seeded and diced fine
⅔ c. plain low-fat yogurt
tsp. dried dill
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Season salt and Sugar to taste

Directions:
Partially mash chickpeas with fork, add salmon, breadcrumbs and olives. Combine parsley and next 5 ingredients, stir into salmon. Divide into 12 patties " thick. Cook patties in olive oil 4-6 minutes each side until golden (and crumbly). Combine sauce ingredients.
