6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
t. salt
1 T. sugar
6 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in the rest of ingredients, except butter, until smooth.
Melt butter in electric skillet, pour in batter, and cover.
Bake at 350 turning and watching closely. Break upj . Serve with syrup.

This "scrambled pancake" is what Grandma Anna Hoffmann called omelet. It was a favorite of the Meillier grandkids when we stayed with her.
