3 cups flour
1 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
cup shortening ( I use crisco sticks)
1 cups milk
2 eggs
Blueberries ( about 1 pint) maybe a bit more

⅓ + ⅓ cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
6 Tablespoons firm butter

This is a double batch - to be made in a greased bundt pan

Oven 375

Blend all batter ingredients (NOT BLUEBERRIES) and beat vigorously with mixer for about 30-45 seconds
Fold in Blueberries
Pour into a greased bundt pan

Mix topping ingredients together and crumble in the butter. Work with hands into a crumb topping and sprinkle over batter.

Bake 30-40 minutes

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a double batch. You can half it and make it in an 8x8 pan as well.

This freezes beautifully !! I once thawed one that had been frozen almost a year and it was perfect !!
