2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks of margarine
1 c. water
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar and set aside. In heavy saucepan, add margarine, water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add hot mixture to dry mixture and mix. Add milk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

1 c. sugar
6 T. margarine
6 T. milk

Boil for 1 minute and add 1 c. chocolate chips and mix.

Spread over cake mixture. Cool complete and cut in your favorite size brownies.
