1 lb Ground Sausage
1 cup Frozen hash browns thawed
5 eggs
½ tsp Salt
1 - 8oz. can Crescent Rolls
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Milk
¼ tsp pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375ºF
Directions:
Directions:
1. Separate rolls and place on an uncreased 9x13 cake pan. Pinch edges to seal seams.
2. Brown sausage, drain and rinse with water.
3. Layer sausage, potatoes, and cheddar cheese.
4. Beat eggs with milk and pour over sausage, potatoes and cheese.
5. Bake in preheated 375ºF oven for 25-30 minutes, make sure eggs are done in the middle. Let set a few minutes before cutting.

We usually make this Christmas Eve and place in fridge overnight. Then just preheat oven and cook while you are opening Christmas gifts.
