Combine cut veggies, hamburger, seasonings and butter (!) and wrap in heavy duty sheets of foil, portioning ingredients for single serving packets. Place on campfire grill and cook until veggies are roasted and hamburger is browned. Serve to the delight of your fellow campers!

These packets were always a hit! Easy to make ahead and keep in a cooler until the fire was ready.
