2 16 ounce bags of cole slaw
1 small bunch of scallions, chopped
6 ounces slivered almonds
3.75 ounces sunflower seeds
4 packages ramen noodles (crunched, uncooked) - save seasoning packages for dressing.

1 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
⅔ cup white vinegar
4 ramen noodle seasoning packets

Combine salad ingredients.

Mix dressing ingredients well.

Pour dressing over ingredients and toss mixture. Refrigerate over night before serving.
