2 c Sugar
1/2 c Light Corn Syrup
1/2 c Water
Nuts on top
2 Egg Whites
Salt pinch
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, syrup, water, and salt in a sauce pan over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Then cook without stirring to 252ºF (very firm boil) Just before syrup reaches firm boil beat the egg whites until stiff not dry. Wipe crystals from pouring pan on edge. Pour syrup in a very fine stream over egg whites beating constantly while pouring. Beat until mixture holds.
