Barbecue Stuffed Ribs Recipe

4 lbs Spare Ribs
6 c Bread Cubes (days old)
1 1/2 c Celery (chopped)
1/3 c Onion (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
2 Eggs, beaten
1/3 c Margarine, Melted

Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 c Onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. Margarine
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c Ketchup
1 c Water
1/4 c Liquid Nectar (optional)

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Combine bread cubes, celery, onion, seasoning, eggs, and margarine; mix thoroughly with a fork. Form pocket with ribs and place dressing on the inside. Place ribs and dressing in a shallow covered pan and bake at 350 for about 5 1/2 hours. The last 1/2 hr of cooking pour optional BBQ sauce on top and continue baking.

BBQ Sauce:
Cook onion in margarine until olden, add brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, water, etc. Simmer 15-20 min.
