1 c Flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/3 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder in bowl. Beat egg, ad milk, and add to sifted ingredients. Drop from a tsp into hot chicken gravy or into cooking sauerkraut juice or drop on top of sauerkraut (with juice). Cover and cook for 10 to 12 min. DO NOT RAISE COVER until almost cooked. keeps them light and fluffy.
