2 - 8oz cream cheese 1- 20oz crushed pineapple (drained well)
1 white onion 1 bell pepper
Season salt to taste Pecans
Directions:

Soften cream cheese
Mix in onion, pineapple, bell pepper and season salt together
Chill and form into ball
cover in pecans
