3.4 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 cp, Cool Whip
1 cp. Pumpkin
2/3 cp. Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix and pie spice in a medium bowl. With whisk, add evaporated milk, mix until well blended. Add pumpkin and mix well. Gently fold in cool whip into pudding mixture. Spoon into s4erving dishes. Top with additional cool whip and spice (if desired).

Serve immediately.
