1/2 c Peanut Butter (room temp)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Butter (or 1/2 c butter & 1/2 c cooking oil; 1 c butter is preferred)
16 oz Powdered Sugar
12 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
4 tbsp. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Butter, & Powdered Sugar. Shape dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and refrigerate. In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and Crisco. Spear dough balls with toothpick, dip into the chocolate and return to the waxed paper on cookie sheet. Remove toothpicks. Refrigerate until chocolate is smooth & hard. Delicious.
