red velvet cake mix made as directed

16 ounces of cream cheese

16 ounce meltable white chocolate

Bake cake as directed cool

mix cream cheese in broken cake pieces. make balls out of mixture. freeze balls for at least 2 hours

melt chocolate and dip in balls and cool

This is for my precious Reese he's a great baker. He can make up a recipe, its amazing. He baked his daddy a maple, caramel, and bacon cake it was delicious. One time when we were cooking a cake, I was making cooked icing and it was boiling and Reese said you got to watch that Mamaw its going to crystalized! How did you know that? I watch cooking shows.
also another special story. Reese was two and it was close to easter, we were eating breakfast and he looked up at a picture of the the cross and he held his little head and said"Jerry died, Jerry died". He was sad . We don't know why he called Jesus Jerry. Sweet memory.
