2 cups flour
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup shortening
¾ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening until it look like coarse crumbs.
Make a hole in center, pour in milk, and mix until moistened.
Don't handle dough a lot. Roll out and cut into biscuits.
Bake 11-15 minutes in a 475º oven.
