2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c self-rising flour
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c milk
1 c sugar (additional)
6 T Hershey's cocoa powder
3/4 c hot water
3/4 c milk (additional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 glass pan. Mix flour, 1 1/2 c sugar and 3/4 c of milk and whisk together and pour over melted butter.

Combine 1 c sugar and the cocoa and sprinkle over the flour, sugar and milk mixture. Do Not Stir. Combine hot water and the other 3/4 c of milk and pour over sugar mixture. Do not stir.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream or cool whip on top.
