2 Eggs
1 c Sour Cream 8ox
2 c Raisins
1 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Pastry for double- crust 9" pie

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat eggs, add sour cream. Stir in raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Place in pie pan (w/ pastry crust in the pan) cover with the top crust, and glazed with butter & sugar. Bake 10 min at 450 º. Then reduce heat to 350 º for 20 -30 min until filling is set. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
