flour tortillas
3 cup diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream ( lite works fine)
3 cans diced ortega chile peppers
16 oz cheese , jack or Mexican blend
Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup, sour cream and green chiles until blended in sauce pan. Rip tortillas in small pieces. Use 13x9 pyrex. Layer tortillas, soup mix , chicken and cheese. Spread leftover soup mixture on top. Cover with cheese Bake 350º for 30 minutes.Easy and delicious!
