1 1/2 t accent salt
2 bundles green onion, chopped with tops
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t onion salt
2 - 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, diced

Mix the ingredients together. Leave some dried beef to roll cheese ball in or roll in parsley flakes.
