Corn meal
self rising flour
salt & pepper
Tbsp Sugar
milk
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Depending on the consistency you like Mix corn meal, flour, sugar salt & Pepper add milk. I like mine a little soft so when you put it in the hot oil it runs just a little. Mix well and fry in oil in patties about the size of small pancakes. I serve this with just about anything. Really good with fresh veggies or soup.
