1 3/4 c flour
4 t baking powder
1/4 c sugar
pinch of salt
5 T butter (cut into cubes)
1/2 c buttermilk
1 egg
1 T milk
1/4 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Keep all ingredients cold and mix very little!!

Mix buttermilk and sour cream in container and put in refrigerator.
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Take the cold cut up butter and with your hands cut it into the dry ingredients until butter becomes about pea-sized. (Do Not Overmix - should be crumbly)

Add sour cream/milk mix and mix together.

Add desired flavors.**

Bake 10-15 minutes
