Ingredients:  
2 T. butter or margarine
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
3 T. cornstarch
½ t. salt
½ t. paprika
½ t. chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
⅛ t. pepper
½ t. basil leaf or marjoram
3 ½ cups (1 lb. 12 oz. can) undrained diced tomatoes
3 cups (12 oz.) uncooked shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until limp.
Stir in remaining ingrediants; mixing well.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat 12-15 minutes or until shrimp are firm and pink; stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.

*If using cooked shrimp, reduce cooking time to 5-10 minutes and thin with additional water if necessary.
