¼ cup butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 stalks of celery, chopped
small jar of pimiento
3 T. flour
2 t. curry powder (or more depending on taste)
1 cube or t. of chicken bouillon
½ cup water
½ cup milk or Mocha Mix
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in pimientos, flour, curry and bouillon.
Add water and milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
Add chicken, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
