2 Packages Cream Cheese (8 oz, each)
1 pound Bleu or Roquefort Cheese
1/4 pound Butter
1 Clove Garlic - mashed
1/2 Cup Sherry
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Poppy Seed
1 Tsp. Herb Mix Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place Cheese, Butter and mashed Garlic in a large mixing bowl. Add Sherry, Worcestershire Sauce, Poppy Seed and Herb Salt. Beat thoroughly.

This mixture will be slightly soft. Place in refrigerator to chill until mixture can be handled easily.

Shape into Medium sized balls or a large ball.

Wrap in Plastic Wrap or Foil. Keep refrigerated at least a week before serving.
