Ingredients:  
2 cups water
1 ½ cups sugar
2 t. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers
Unbaked pie crust
Cinnamon
1-2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil water, sugar, cream of tartar.
Add the Ritz crackers and cook 2 minutes longer without stirring.
Place in unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Then dot with butter.
Bake 10 minutes at 400º then 20 minutes at 300º.
