1 can (24oz.) tomato juice
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
Several dashes of Tabasco
1 small onion, grated
Salt to taste
1 large can artichokes
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Lemon juice to taste

Dill Dressing
½ c. mayonaise
½ c. sour cream
Dill weed and lemon juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the gelatin in one cup of tomato juice. Heat the remaining juice to boiling, remove from heat and add the seasonings, the grated onion and lemon juice. Let cool.

Rinse a mold with cold water. Slice the artichokes and line the mold with them. Pour in enough liquid mixed with the gelatin mixture to set. After artichokes have set, add the remaining liquid.

Top with dill dressing.

Dill Dressing
Mix all ingredients and top aspic in amount desired.
