2 cups of cooked instant potatoes
6 cups of milk
6 pieces of crisp bacon crumbled, save grease
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1 cup sour cream
6-10 ounces of Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place instant potatoes, milk and crisp bacon crumbles in a Dutch oven pan. Sauté celery and onion in bacon grease. Add this to soup pan with potatoes. Add 1 cup sour cream and Velvetta cheese. Heat until all melted then serve.
